Wing Chun Longpole Article
An article by Sifu Phil Romero and student Jason Smith (with photos by Jason Smith) has been published in the July/August 2011 issue of Kung Fu Tai Chi Magazine.

The article discusses use of the longpole (luk dim boon kwun) as a tool for training core strength, structure, and accuracy, not just as a specialized weapon. The article urges earlier inclusion of longpole earlier in training than is usually the case.

This article is the first in a series. Copies of the magazine can be ordered here, and subscriptions can be ordered here.
